Sport and movement have always been part of who I am. I learned to love my body — not because it's perfect, but because it's strong, because it's alive, and because it makes so much possible.
When I became a mother, everything changed. Not just daily life — but also my relationship with my body, with food, with my own energy. I knew what it felt like to be lost. Tired, overwhelmed, unsure.
And then I noticed something that genuinely surprised me: most nutrition programmes are not made for mothers. They ignore what pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding do to a body. They talk about calories and macros — but not about exhaustion, hormonal shifts, sleep deprivation and a daily life that changes from hour to hour.
The same is true for women over 40: when hormones shift, metabolism slows and life gets more complex — standard programmes simply stop working. Not because something is wrong with these women. But because the programmes are wrong for them.
That realisation was the beginning of Bloomkraft. I completed my training as a nutrition coach, brought in my own experiences as a mother and fitness enthusiast — and built a coaching practice that is just like me: warm, direct, and always honest.
Today I support women in the Baden region and online to understand their bodies, nourish themselves and feel strong again — without restrictions, without pressure, without guilt.
